DUI Services

Dove Counseling, Inc. offers Level II Education and Outpatient Treatment programs for DUI/DWAI offenses, fully compliant with BHA Provider rules. Our treatment options are available both in-person and via telehealth, as determined through individual assessments.

Level II Education and Outpatient Treatment
Facilitated by certified addiction specialists and licensed professionals, our programs utilize the Change Company’s curriculum for DUI/DWAI and behavioral health services. Clinical contact hours are recorded, with a maximum of two hours per week for DUI/DWAI services. Alternative services may count towards track requirements if they meet assessment needs and demonstrate progress.

Level II Four Plus Services
Endorsed by the BHA, our Level II Four Plus program meets all necessary requirements. We collaborate with referral sources and treatment entities to address individual needs, offering in-person or telehealth services as clinically indicated. The program includes a minimum of 180 clinical contact hours or 18 months, determined by competency and phase progression. Clinical contact hours vary based on treatment needs and progress. Clients must demonstrate proficiency in all competencies within each phase before progressing. Progress is reviewed every 60 days with the multidisciplinary team.
